What does this mean?
481 Call/Transaction Does Not Exist
I'm having some issues with external calls.
Is this a media negotiation problem?

We need the entire SIP dialog to know what's going on. Generically speaking 481 means that the Call-ID isn't valid.

Hi Chris,
some more verbose info, (like Johnatan also mentioned) would be helpful.
Also include some info about your setup, involved components, call flow, ....
In a VCS enviroment I had seen it when there were firewall/alg/nat helper which messed
with the call or anything else dropping or tempering sip messages.
