VPN Access Using VPN client 5.0.7

Using VPN client 5.0.7

Able to get vpn ip address

But cant access remote desktop or any network inside

I was able to access before But I dnt known what changes happen on my laptop which is unable to access now

I have reinstall the client again but no use

Iam Able to access the same vpn & rdp with another laptop & also other users can access

Except my laptop What can be the issuse with my laptop

Hi,

Could you please confirm if your VPN client shows sent packets?

If you run a packet sniffer like Wireshark on the VPN adapter, Is there any traffic seen during this test?

If you check on the client statistics, is NAT-T enabled?
