Planned maintenance

How long is this "Planned Maintenance" supposed to last?  There's no indication of when it started, or when it will end, in the notice linked from the SCH overview page.  I'm noticing that my devices' last inventory updates to the service were in May, so I'm assuming it's been down since mid-June.  Am I wrong?

I have this problem too.

Thanks for posting your question. The scheduled maintenance was conducted on 21 June 2012. The message remained on the portal, but it has been removed.

If you are not receiving inventory messages as expected, please send an email to ask-smart-services@cisco.com
to open a ticket with the Cisco TAC and copy me (williab@cisco.com).
