Hi Team,
I am facing some issue on Cisco Jabber with Corporate Directory is not reachable from Cisco Jabber video Endpoints.
I can access the same Corporate Directory from other Video Endpoints.
I am using TMS 13.2, TMSPE, VCS X7.1 and Movi 4.4
Please see the below configurations....
Manage Phone Book Source
Manae Phone Books: Sources
Manage Phone Books: Access Control
I can see below mentioned alarm on my Provisioning Extension Diagnostics page.
See the below TMS Connection Settings.
Note: My Address Book is working fine on all other Video Endpoint than Cisco Jabber, even in Cisco Jabber video Endpoint i can see the problem only with Corporate Directory.
please help me to sort this out.
