CDR Reports

Hi

Configured CDR reports and it is not give all the ext registred it is displaying only 4 ext nos and rest of all it is giving the user name with billing 0

Please advise what i need to correct

Can you elaborate what your requirements are? i am a little confused as to what exactly you are looking for.

Hi

mainly we need to take the logs ofor all our out going calls in the callmanager . the verion is 8.6.2 and i have enabled cdr in services parameter bot in pub and sub .

when i am loging to car and generating the bill it is not listing all the ext it is giving only few and list the other usernames with the bill 0 . i have around 100 phones register to the cucm

please advise

Can you tell me exactly whats the option that you are selecting in CAR where you are getting zero response.
