Dial Plan problem

I have a problem implementing my dial plan on CUCM 8.6.

I have a translation pattern 049.1XXX (Predot) for internal calls . When i try to call an external number 0491509352 i receive a message from CUCM saying thet the call cannot be completed and the call is not routed to the gateway. I know it's normal because there is no extension 1509 on CUCM.

How can i resolve this problem without adding any digit?

Thank you in advance

Hi Youssef,

Still a little unclear as to what are your requirements, can you trace the call flow something like this

ip phone-->> TP-->> CUCM-->> Gw etc... and let us know what you are looking to achieve.

Niket

i have an internal extensions 1000 , 1001 ... 1010 in Germany Partition.

Ip phones on other partitions (usa, france etc...) shoul call 04910XX to reach this phones. that's why i created a translation pattern 049.1XXX to reach them from other regions.

At the same time , i want to call a PSTN number : 0491509352 that cannot be routed because it matches the translation pattern and not the route pattern 04XXXXXXXX .

I don't want to add an additional digit .

Thank you in advance
