Is it possible to restrict which voicemail ports a dn can use

We have some fifty sites on our system, some of which are high users of Unity for transfers etc.

Is it possible to restrict a specific number to only use certain voicemail ports, thus preventing one number taking all the capacity?

No, you reach all the VM ports via the VM pilot and you do not control which ports a DN can reach.

You would need to create a separate VM pilot, line group, etc and then assign some of the ports from your current integration to that profile in order to achieve this.

Unfortunately not, the ports are allocated to phone system integration. Your only possible solution i can think of would be to use SCCP integration and assign different integrations on CUCM side with dedicated profile and pilot pointing to seperate port groups, but that might get messy in long term.
