Hi John,

As per my knowledge CON-SNT-SMS-1 is for the SMS tool. I hope your purchased 2900 switch. So you can go with that. Even if you go through the link. It show manufacturing part as SMS in the second link. So always you have to choose your right model for your contract.

Hi John,

I understand your query. CON-SNT-SMS-1 is the smartnet code for the SMS tool i guess which is intergrated with the Cisco Works if am not wrong. I guess you have confused with the price variations..

CON-SNT-2960S4FS and CON-SNT-2964STL is the smartnet code for the specific models which you have purchased.

I feel you have purchased 2960 and 2964 which requires CON-SNT-2960S4FS and CON-SNT-2964STL. If you have purchased the SMS tool then CON-SNT-SMS-1 is required.

Yes I am confused. :-) So If I am going to get a smarnet for those switches it should be CON-SNT-2960S4FS and CON-SNT-2964STL. The vendor told me that CON-SNT-SMS-1 will cover those two. Which is which?

Hi, is this the same as the smart assist contract? CON-CSAS-BASE

Any idea what happens when the smart assist contract expires?

- Can the smart net total care portal still be accessed?

- Will the cspc collector continue to work?
