Agent Registration Issue

I sent an Agent an invite and when they signed up, it created their own account vs being able to approve under my On Plus account.  How do I resolve this?                  

I have this problem too.

I've deleted the agent. You can now invite the agent again.

Hello -

Could you send me a private message with agent ID? I can then delete the agent and then you will have to request it again.

Once requested, ensure they use the link provided and follow the instruction in the e-mail sent to them.

Thanks.  I found out the invite email had the http link in it but the == was not included in the hyperlink at the end so we had to copy and paste URL.
