VMS 6.3 support, seeking help

Dear,

Please help me in the next issue:

Our company is ip camera manufacturer in Russia; right now we have big integration project and our customer use VMS 6.3 already, so we have object to integrate our cameras with Cisco VMS 6.3.

That doc describes the next procedure of support process:

"If a specific 3rd party device is required and is not included in the list above, there is a simple process for requesting the

addition of the device. Your local Cisco Physical Security Sales representative will be able to guide you through this request

process and provide back a simple quote including a nominal fee for the custom work and a timeline for completion of the

requested support.

We've already contacted Russian office several weeks ago, but representatives said that they know nothing about that integration process! So we've decided to post our issue here seeking for help, maybe general process has changed, and local office has no more responsibilty in such question..

Hello Matvey,

Do you have a Cisco Account Manager in Russia?

Only someone form Cisco will be able to access that form.

If not, then let me know an perhaps we can get you in contact with someone there.
