Solved: Presence Install Question

Hello everyone,

I'm a bit confused. If I download the OVA template for Presence and and deploy it on the VM does that include the install program for Presence or or do I still need install media?

All our OVAs are just the VM specs, you need to have install media and do the actual install for any product.

Is the media for Presence downloadable from Cisco?

Nope, fresh install media is not downloadable from CCO. You need to order it via PUT.

The PUT tool asks for a Contract Number. If this is a new install on an MCS system how do you go about getting the media/contract number?
