SPA525G2 not registering on UC540

Hi,

I have a problem with a SPA525G2. It doesn't register on the UC540 if its IP is from another range than the UC540. on the phone

ex: spa525 (10.10)----Router-----Unity (20.1).

if the phone is plugged directly into the unity, it works without problems.

UC540W-BRI-K9

SPA525 Firmware: 7.5.2a

IOS:15.1(4)M4b

CME: 8.6

Maybe you need to configure option 150 in DHCp at the remote relocation.

Note: UC500 is not Unity.

Hi Paolo,

150 is configured, the phone gets the SEP file but then remains in connecting...and nothing happens.

if I turn on the VPN, it works without problems.

Is the SPA525 local to the UC or is it a remote phone?

yes, it's a simple lab setup.
