Has anyone seen this. I have an agent who if she hits the restore box instead of the minimize box it will minimize the screen and not allow her to open it back up. The only way to get it to restore is to maximize or close it through task manager. This is for UCCE 8.X
No it is not, it is on the task bar, our preferences are set to keep open. If I hit the restore box it should just resize it not minimize it is my assumption.
More than likely it's maximizing outside of your screen. Can you try right click > Move and then use the arrow keys to bring it in to focus. Once in your screen minimize and use restore and it should work again.
