Multiple Organizations, One Location

I just wanted to get some advice on designing an IPv6 network in one physical office building, but this office is used by multiple organizations, think of it as a ready to go office space that startup's can use.

Whats a good practice to give each organization their own network, with file server, printer(s), VoIP, etc while building on one physical infrastruture?

thanks

using VRFs and vitalization techniques is the the best option to provide a multi-tenant network over one common physical network

see the below link for some ideas and design concepts

Good point Sean 5+

there are some limitations around IPv6 and VRF routing support however if it supported it is the best option for this requirements, GRE tunneling could be considered but it is not recommended with lower end switches
