Voice mail divert to mobile

Where do you configure the option to allow a caller to be diverted to the unanswered persons mobile phone or other extension rather than leaving a message?

Pressing 0 does return you to the operator (even if 0 isnt the programmed operator number)

I have this problem too.

There are multiple options:

  • You can configure Reach Me Anywhere. This feature is enabled on Usage Profile and number can be configured on Admin User Page and also User Options Page
  • User can Call Forward All to an extension or mobile phone number
  • On Usage Profile, you can configure Call Forward No Answer. Since it is on Usage Profile, it is applicable to all users in that Usage Profile
