Solved: VCS-C server licenses

Hi everybody, I have a question regarding the licenses of the VCS-C server which I bought for demo. I reset the server to factory default and all the licenses were lost . What should I do now in order to get the licenses back?

The server's serial number is: 52AXXXXX.Software version: X7.1

Hi, Please contact the cisco sales/account manager who had provided the VCS-C server for demo and he will help to share the demo license.

Hi ,

you can open a case with Cisco Licensing Team and you can contact them on licensing-tandberg@cisco.com or licensing@cisco.com.

They would be able to provide you with the required licenses.
