I have 8 2504 controllers and each needs to have a minimum of 20 MAC addresses added. I would rather not add them one at a time but I don't see any features that allow for an import. Does any one know of a way to do the import?

There is no import... you can use the CLI and paste in the commands which is easier.
config macfilter add

If you have a WCS you could try to create a template with the mac address of all the wireless clients and apply it to all the WLC.
