We are only using the "Cisco Video and Voice Calling" portion of the Client in conjunction with our Telepresence infrastructur.
I have implemented the provisioning template for Jabber Tablet on the root folder of the provisioning directory.
With my user, which was created before the implementation I can log on just fine in the Jabber Tablet app.
With new users i get different error messages:
Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your administrator about provisioning information. (3G)
Lost connection to server. Please try to sign in again. (WLAN)
I tested with my on two other existing users and they will work with 3G and WLAN alike.
I have waited up to 48 hours in case the sync takes more time, but the errors keep coming. I also tried to apply the template directly to the users without success.
New users can login with Jabber Video without problems from internal network and from external, so the accounts are synchronized to VCS-C and VCS-E...
Can someone give me a hint, as I am out of ideas.
