I am migrating all the PCs to Windows 7 Professional, also i have an infrastructure of Contact Center Express in version 7.0(1) SR5 with Agents using the version of Cisco Agent Desktop 188.8.131.520. Once PCs migrated to Windows 7 Professional and installed with the Cisco Agent Desktop 184.108.40.2060, we started having problems, the Cisco Agent Desktop agent appears and disappears from the Cisco Supervisor Desktop. Intermittently Agent begins to disappear and appear on the Supervisor Desktop.
How can i fix this issue???...should i migrate the CAD to version 7.0.2 for supporting windows 7???..is CAD 7.0.2 supported by UCCX 7.0(1) SR5??

UCCX 7.0(1) SR5 supports CAD 220.127.116.110
You need to go to CCX 7.0.2 for CAD 7.0.2 which is the first version that supports Windows 7
