Hi all,
I have CUCM 8.6 and VCS 7.2 with encryption licenses.
Video IP phones 99XX and EX-series endpoint are registered on CUCM.
Legacy videoconferencing endpoint and MCU are registered on VCS.
Is it possible to enable encrypted calls:
- point to point between CUCM registered endpoints and VCS registered endpoint;
- multipoint call from CUCM and VCS registered endpoints to MCU registered on VCS?

HI. Appendix 10 here talks here about connecting CUCM and VCS using TLS.
I'm thinking if things are ok here, and everything is TLS connected, the call should be secure if the CUCM trusts the VCS etc.
Hope this helps.

Hi Patrick, I did this but the information of the call shows that the call is not encrypted dispite the info shows that the call is using TLS. Any suggestions?
How you make the VCS to trust the CUCM?
Thank you!

Hi Mauricio,
Just TLS is not enough. TLS is for signaling. Media has to be SRTP.
what is the softwre version on VCS? if its x7.2 you can force the encryption through subzone and on the CUCM zone as well. this will make the call encrypted.
Cheers
Alok
