Can you tell whether my cco account has any access to all my company's cisco devices?

What you meant is whether your CCO ID can create Cisco TAC cases based on your network equipment's serial number? Is this your question?

You need to coordinate with whomever your company purchases their Cisco support (Smartnet and related contract services) from. Your company should have a designated contact person who coordinates this information.
Most partners and resellers will annually revalidate the covered items and generate CSD listings of what devices have which coverage. This is the basis for the contract(s). Once you know all expected devices are covered, the way to complete the loop is to make sure your cisco.com userid is associated with that contract or contracts.
