CUCME & CUE (ISM) integration (AA not functioning)

Hi,


I have a client with ISR 2901 . A cucme (Software Version  15.2(3)T1 / CME 9.0  ) with CUE (Cisco Unity Express - Administration Version 8.6.1)

is configured.

The following is cucme configuration for CUE

The Call from outside is hitting on Voice Port 0/1/0 or 1 and hitting Dial-peers for CUE :"PLAR555".


But welcome message is not getting played.


Please need support for this case.

I think u only need 1 dail-peer for AA and u r missing the below from the first dial-peer.

I have found that if i call from local extension to AA # 555. the dp 800 or 808 is matched but only phone show 555 aa line busy

status.


what its mean?

The issue is resolved.



On unity i had to give command to activate license for mailbox.


This enable license for aa .
