Is that possible to increase the pre-shared key length from 30 characters to 32?

are you requesting for a firmware modification? Is there a reason you need to go from 30 to 32?

Hi.

I need 32 characters because Amazon AWS now supports routers without BGP, but the preshared key needs to have 32 characters.

Hello Mr. Costa,

According the information found the lenght of this value is predefined, it can not be set to more than 30 digits.
