Unable to Set Ringtones on SPA509 Phones

Hello Everyone!


In one of my UC320w deployments, I've received a call from the end users who have noticed that they are unable to change the ringtones on their phones. The options are available and they can navigate and play different tones, but as soon as a tone is selected, the phones revert to the "Classic" ring. They have verified that this affects all phones, so I'm assuming there's something in the 320 preventing this change from sticking, though for the life of me I cannot find a setting that would block this anywhere. The call came in last Monday, and the system auto-rebooted yesterday, so I don't know that another reboot would fix this. I have other sites set up in the same configuration where the users do not have this issue, so I'm at a loss. Do you have any ideas that may help?
