I have a UC320 set up at a remote location. When we set night mode, all incoming calls are forwarded to one of two staff cell phones. They run on a revolving schedule and sometimes it is subject to change. Currently I connect remotely and make the change to the night mode forwarding number. I don't want to give the remote staff access to Configuration Utility for fear that they will make an inadvertant change. Is there a creative way we can accomplish this task via a button on the phone or some other method?

Hi Jeremy,
Does the Night Service respect Call Forward All on a SPA phone?
If so, you could direct Night Service to a phone and have the remote staff set CFA to the correct cell phone.

I put some thought into this and could not think of a way to work around this. Looks like you will need to do this change manually.
