Solved: AIR-LAP1131AG-A-K9 V05 Not able to join WLC 4402

Hi,

hope you are all doing well,

i need your advice that i have a AIR-LAP1131AG-A-K9 V05 Not able to join WLC 4402 with error,

I connect the console to the LAP1131 and i found the below error log,

are they on the same subnet?

force the AP to join ""

AP#capwap ap ip address

AP#capwap ap ip default-gateway

AP#capwap ap controller ip address

is it happening with all AP's?

the license is fine we can add more LAP
they are in different subnet
there are only two LAP working like that (both of theme has the same part number AIR-LAP1131AG-K9 V05) and the other AP (with part number AIR-LAP1131G-E-K9 V02) are working normally,

I will try the commands that you gave me then i will send you my feedback,

Ok so the working are -E and the -A are not able to join. Sounds like it would be a country code issue. Do you have US as an selected country code?

If your deployment is only in Europe you may just want to get your partner/reseller to get you -E instead.

If that do not help, did u bought him as lap or did u convert him from standalone to lap. If yes check if I allow self signed certificates under the security tab.
