The only way I've found is to do a factory reset.

Not that great of a solution

This will reset all setting on the phone

Any other idea ?

I guess Cisco as more option than just factory reset

I have no solution for you but i think too that cisco must give more information about issue, bug, feature, howto integrate.
This informations is a born for a active community who can develop robust ehancement.
