The linksys product, WAP610N is a Access point. It allows multiple wireless clients to access a network.
The WES610 acts line a wireless client , but has a four port switcyh that allows non wireless clients to access the wireless network.. see diagram below;
here is a independent review of the product. take note it's not just power output, but you will find the Business series products, support multiple VLANs and a lot of other features.
