CUE Bakcup failed from CLI and CCA

Hello Guys...

I have been trying to backup a UC560 from the CCA but in it failed when is trying to backup the CUE.

Here it is the log of the backup

Update CUE software and try again.

Just to add to what Paolo has already said update to CUE version 8.6.5.

Problem with updating CUE with this bug is that the update uses the same scripts to backup and restore settings so updating it might fix the problem but you won't have a good backup to restore too.  I have been through this with 4 of my UC5xx. 

Guys I just upgrade the CUE software to version 8.6.3 and i still have the same issue:
