We are using SPA502 and 504s with 4PSAs VOIPNow and have a problem with calls coming in on queues.
If the software version on the SPA50x > 7.4.6 when a call comes in on a queue the person answering the call can't hear the caller for approximately 8 seconds, the caller can hear them throughout. This problem does not manifest itself on a normal extension call.
On 7.4.6 and before it is fine, this wasn't a problem as up until now we were just running with the 7.4.6 but now we have users who want to use the SPA500DS, i.e. we need to use a newer firmware.
For reference the problem does not exhibit itself with an SPA525G2 with any firmware version.
Any help would be much appreciated.
