Good morning people,
I'm building a lab with CUCM 8.5 and Presence Server 8.5
I'll install the Cisco TelePresence EX60, and I wonder how I do the integration with CUCM.
Have any need to install additional server? You simply add a SIP device in CUCM?
Can someone help me??

Hi.
You would need to have CUCM 8.6 in order to utlize the full potential of the CUCM / EX60 integration. You register the device directly to the CUCM.
I would recommend you to have a look at this guide after you have proceeded with updating your lab.
I have attached a screenshot showing how it should look in the device overview page.

I made an installation of CUCM 8.6 (1) and could register it successfully!
Taking advantage, you know the Cisco TelePresence VX Clinical Assistant??
I need to register it in CUCM 8.6 ... but also do not think much documentation for it ... knows something that can help me?

VX based on C20 codec. So choose it in CUCM 8.6 aka native device.

See the options that I have to create this endpoint.
Have you tested it with some, but without success.
Currently hooked up a router to use as a gatekeeper, also without success.
I added a Gatekeeper in CUCM and a trunk, could not also, see the results:
The IP is 20.20.0.10 of CUCM.
NO VX Clinical I get the following information: "Failed Rejeitado.Encoding RRQ"

i am trying to Register Cisco VX Clinical Assistant on CUCM 9.
which phone type do i have to Select...?
I have tried Cisco TelePresence Quick Set (C20) but it is not registering.
But when i open the webpage of the codec in VX clinical Assistant it shows EX90 codec.

Good day,
At the time I was using version 8.6 of the CUCM.
As there were no way to register VX Clinical, I needed to configure a Gatekeeper, and register it.
That way worked.
Today, in version 9 I do not know if it's possible.

Now days the VX clinical is coming with an SX20 Codec
hardware version 1.2
and it supports native registration
use Sx20 instead of c20 .
what is the version on sx20 ?
