UC560 Meet Me Conf

I configured several meet-me-conf extensions. The customer doesn't want to assign a separate DID for each conference, but we can't dial the extension from the Auto Attendant. Is there a reason the extension is un-dialble from the AA but works from a phone?

In CUE, configure an user and assign it conference number.

                   I can assign the same extension to a user that is already assigned as a Conf bridge extension?

What Paulo meant is to create a new user (in CUE only) for each conference bridge and assign the extension of that bridge to that user. This will allow CUE to know about the bridges and transfer to them from the auto attendant. You do not need to create a mailbox for them -- just a user account.

Maybe not CCA, can be done in CUE GUI for sure.

Or two commands in CLI.
