!!!!!Error Logs on Nexus 7K (7018)

Hi Team,

We are getting some repeated error logs like below.

Please help us resolve this issue, is it any major error?????

2013 Jan  8 22:26:56 NOSCPXX-NX7K001 %ARP-3-DUP_VADDR_SRC_IP:  arp [4234]  Source address of packet received from 0050.5697.01

8f on Vlan1700(port-channel1) is duplicate of local virtual ip, 10.155.1.253

2013 Jan  8 22:27:31 NOSCPXX-NX7K001 last message repeated 3 times

2013 Jan  8 22:28:59 NOSCPXX-NX7K001 last message repeated 1 time

2013 Jan  8 22:30:21 NOSCPXX-NX7K001 last message repeated 6 times

The MAC belongs to a VM (0050.). So there is a VM on the network which has been assigned same IP as your box. You can trace the MAC address to the switch port it is connected

Yes, you're right. Change the server's address to something else.

Station 0050.5697.018f (in VLAN 1700, connecting to Po1) is using the same IP address (10.155.1.253) that you set on your 7k.

The Po1 is going to hsrp to other 7k002 for redundancy....

As per below logs the MAC address is located in one of the Nexus 1000v.

You mean  the server "VWSIDSG" assigned same IP as : 10.155.1.253, am i right?
