ddns no-ip.org don´t update

Hi,

I have a problem with a ddns configuration on a Cisco 887va.

I have a free account in no-ip.org but, when i configure the router with the configuration of this site, my router doesn´t update the public IP on this site.

the configuration is the following:

ip name-server 8.8.8.8

ip name-server 8.8.4.4

ip ddns update method no-ip

I have exactly the same problem....

When I type in the url manually on a webpage I get a 'GOOD' response from the No-IP ddns server - however, if I force ddns update by shut/no shut of the interface, I can see the ddns request going out and then the router times out stating error in updating ddns.
