Hi
when a user getting a call while he is having a call, calling party cannot identify that other party is in a call, calling party thinks that other party is not answering, is there any way to change the ring in tone, to identify that callers call waiting ?
This means, ring in tone should be change while in call waiting, is it possible with cisco ?

Not natively in CUCM, as far as I know. You'll need some form of call queuing system to do this. (Not sure if the CUCM 9 queuing feature could do this for you - haven't tried it yet)

I concur with Gordon, unfortunately Cisco CUCM does not do that.

I am suggesting you if the user is busy redirect the call to unity connection immediately, they can hear the Busy Greeting. Now they can leave voice mail or call again after some time.
