System LED on SG300 switch constantly flashes

My problem is that the switch all of the sudden doesn't boot up anymore. The System LED constantly flashes, after probably 40-50 seconds or so it constantly lights for a second, afterwards all the lights on the ethernet ports light up for a second and the process starts all over again!

The console messages:

Device configuration:
Slot 1 - SG300-10P
Device 0: GT_98DX3033B (AlleyCat2)

Now the procedure starts all over again...

Any clues how to resolve the issue?

I'm afraid that something is wrong with the hardware...

Hi, the flash is corrupt.

Follow this document

If the switches doesn't recover after this procedure, call the SBSC for a RMA.

I tried the described procedure, but the problem is the switch doesn't even  let me to trigger the startup menu! It just "jumps" over it and starts with the loading of the firmware..    See the software version beneath the SNMP?

Don't know how to convince the switch to jump to the Startup Menu! I just can't success to see the screen which confirms loading existing firmware after 2 seconds (it seems like the switch just jumps over this procedure...?) and starts with loading... Any other manever, advice to succesfully resolve the situation?

Regards, Andrej

Hi Andrej, if you can't run the recovery then you need to call the support center. It will likely result in RMA / replacement.
