Cbeyond apparently updated something on their end and our system stopped working.
We added the outbound proxy setting and are able to place outbound for 23 seconds before being disconnected; inbound doesn't ring at all.
Proxy Server (primary) sipconnect.atl0.cbeyond.net
Outbound Proxy: sip-proxy.atl0.cbeyond.net
DNS servers are correct.
I did a factory reset thinking a config change along the way was getting the way but same problem. Just used the telephone wizzard and then entered the SIP trunk info to try and keep it as simple as possible.
Question is does anyone know anything about whats going on with them? Or how to fix it?
No phones since Tuesday!!!!
Please setup the following debugs:
debug voice ccapi inout
debug ccsip messages
Then recreate the issue for both inbound/outbound calls. Post the output of the debugs here, and let me know what numbers you were calling from/to.
