Could you please clarify the following services?


1. The dial plan for "Divert on no reply:  *61*number*wait#"? What does "wait" mean?


2. What does the Caller Display service mean, caller's name or caller's phone number?


3. Are there any additional prompts injected for the Charge Advice service?


4. What is expected for Call Routing Via BT? What is the cut through call for UK?

1 - ^61^ WAIT used to allow you to set the number of seconds to wait until transferring an unanswered call.


2 - Caller display is CLID - i.e. number only from the exchange.


3 - No other inserts for charge advice.


4 - 1280 is to force the call to be routed through the BT network, regardless of the provider used.
