Hi Support,

I am having issues when the switch is Power ON it keeps giving error as below :

This error is kept on coming without loading to the switch normal mode, I have tried to factory default but it doesn't make any changes. Kindly advise. Thank you.

I presume that the switch is fully functional after IOS boot?, although the error messages may

substantially increase boot up time.

REcommandation: Power cycle the switch for quick recovery.

If still see the same issue after power cycle then go ahead and raise the RMA for this device it turns to be hardware issue.

Hi Victor, this question would be better suited for the lan switching/routing section as the Catalyst switches are not "small business product series".

Since the switch is defaulted anyway, you may try to reload the IOS through xmodem. If your switch has a USB, you can also try to load a new IOS through the USB.

I have tried rebooting few times, but its still the same it doesn;t load & gives the same error.
