Cisco SPA 504, Cisco Console 500S and Elastix

I have a problem that I can not solve.

I have a cisco 504G connected to a console 500s -> Elastix Server

I configured some extensions on the console.

I used the following string configuration:

fnc = blf + sd + cp; = sub 35@10.0.200.19

However sometimes, the phone show "network error" in the display when I try to make a call.

After that the lights to go green to orange.

The only way to resolved this situation is restarting the phone ...

Someone who can help me?!!?!?!?!?
