Hi all,
I have issue when enabling Cisco Jabber for Android. It always say "Disconnected" and with red logo appear in the top of my phone screen. I've been reinstall and also check the device ID to make sure there is no mistake in typing device ID. I'm connecting my device using Cisco Any Connect Client in android to connect with BE3000 in my office.
Did any one have same issue like this? If there's any solution that I can do, I'm really appreciated. My phone device spec is :
FYI, I've been successful enabling Cisco Jabber for iPhone (Cisco Jabber for iPhone Version 9.1.2.21344), phone service state say "Connected" and works like a charm. Is there any issue with Jabber for Android and BE3000 ?

Cisco Jabber for Android is officially supported on
the following devices:
Samsung Galaxy Nexus running Android Version 4.04
Samsung Galaxy S II (AT&T) running Android Version 2.3
Samsung Galaxy S II (NTT Docomo) running Android Version 2.3
Samsung Galaxy S i9000 (model number GT-I9000) running Android Version 2.3
Samsung Galaxy ACE (model number GT-S5830L) running Android Version 2.3
Samsung Galaxy Tab international version (model number GT-P1000) running Android Version 2.3

Hi sanjay,
So it's only recommended using that device right? Because I need justification to my customer that only some devices are recommended running with cisco jabber for android
