I have issue when enabling Cisco Jabber for Android. It always say "Disconnected" and with red logo appear in the top of my phone screen. I've been reinstall and also check the device ID to make sure there is no mistake in typing device ID. I'm connecting my device using Cisco Any Connect Client in android to connect with BE3000 in my office.
Did any one have same issue like this? If there's any solution that I can do, I'm really appreciated. My phone device spec is :
- 4.1.2 Jelly Bean
- GT-I9082 Samsung Grand
- Cisco Jabber for Android Version 126.96.36.19924
FYI, I've been successful enabling Cisco Jabber for iPhone (Cisco Jabber for iPhone Version 188.8.131.5244), phone service state say "Connected" and works like a charm. Is there any issue with Jabber for Android and BE3000 ?
