CUCM 8:No Changes saving from Device Level

Hello all,

We have a CM 8.5 pub and sub, all the phones are registered to Subscriber. When we try to do any changes from CM administration for phones on device level and click "apply config" nothing happens on phone. If we do any changes on line setting and click apply config, changes happens.

Does anyone have similar issue, when do any changes from phone 'device' level and apply config no changes happens?

Where are you making the changes from? The publisher or subscriber?

Hi Bobby,

Can u cross-check the dbreplication by running command on Publisher utils dbreplication runtimestate and share the snapshot?

Also, can u try registering one of the phones on Publisher and make changes and check whether the same are reflected on Phone like changing Alerting Name in Line and Description in Device ?

The replication if fine i believe, i can have the changes by clicking "reset" button from device.

But when i click "apply config" nothing happens.
