K12 school is upgrading the PBX and we are implementing UC500 series for 30 endpoints. School also has 30 2 way legacy intercom system that they want to integrate with the PBX. Since UC500 doesnt support SIP, anybody know of a 3rd party that would do this? I cant do it with FXS ports since there are so many 2 way intercoms and it would be nice to do it SIP based.
I could go with BE6000 or CME but the price difference would scare away this customer.
Any ideas?

UC500 perfectly supports SIP, you just have to configure it.

I was under the impression that UC500 could only use SCCP endpoints and SIP was just supported for trunking. Has anybody used the Cyberdata/Valcom 2 way intercom units with UC500?

Trunk or endpoint, anything SIP works.
Thank you for the nice rating and good luck!
