SPA509G problem with call transfer when two calls are on hold

Hardware: SPA509G with SPA 500s add on module

Phone system: Kerio Operator

This is the issue:

  1. Incoming Call 1 is placed on hold due to a 2nd incoming call
  2. After pickup of Call 2 xfer button turns into xferLx
  3. When we try to use xferLx it will take the two callers and connect them together and release the in house connection.
  4. What we want to do is pick up Call 2 and transfer them to call parking then resume with the first caller.


Update:


I have found that if do not have the SPA500S attached the bxter option is available and the problem does not exist

This would be better suited to the Small Business Voice section of this site.  They deal more with the SPA phones.  You should be able to transfer this post to that section.
