I am re-installing an SPA9000/SPA400 using the fxo ports. I have primatily SPA942 instruments. I have carefully checked the dial plan under SIP and the one on the line appearance and they seem to be ok. The Admin manual says the dial plan on the line appearance is to strip the stearing digits out of the dial string, Yet my problem is that the stearing digits are being passed through The two dial plans follow:
Sip tab dial plan
(9,[3469]11S0|9,<:1321>[2-9]xxxxxxS0|9,<:1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|9,1[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|9,011xx.|9,xx.|*xx|[1-8]xxx)
Line 2 Dial plan
(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxxS0|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)
I've also tried the following for line 2
([3469]11S0|<:1321>[2-9]xxxxxxS0|<:1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|011xx.|xx.|*xx|[1-8]xxx)
In both cases the 9 gets passed through to the telephone provided. I did not have ths problem on the previous installation.
What am I missing?

Wrong forum, post in "small business voice - SPA9000". You can move your post using the actions panel on the right.

Discovered I had missed a : and found the line occurrance dial plan was too complicated. Replaced with <9:>xx. and all works.
