If there any other way to exempt static NATs to certain destinations without using static route-map feature?

I have a 861 router and as far as I know the feature "NAT - ability to use route maps with static translations" is only available starting from 880 series.

Also what if the difference between:

ip nat source [static | list] interface BLAH

then use the "ip nat enable" command in the inside and outside interfaces

and

ip nat inside source [static | list] interface BLAH

then use the "ip nat inside / ip nat outside" in the inside and outside interfaces??
