uc500 doesn't show callerid from gsm interface

Hi,

first of all sorry for my english

I have 2 gsm interface(inside there is a sim of mobilephone) connected with uc500 by normal cable rj41. the first interface works properly and show me the number of phone of people who calls me, the second one doesn't show the number of phone. I try to connect the second interface to a normal phone and I see on the display the number of phone of people who calls me and so the gms interface works properly without uc500.

If someone call me to gsm interface I don't see number of phone into my cisco ip phone 7931, this is the problem.

I call my support and it say to me that it isn't possibile show me the callerid, anyone can help me please?

There are many compatibility problems with caller ID on analog interface.

Sof sure results use ISDN BRI or SIP. Otherwhile you can search the forum but it is not said you will have a solution ever.

the first interface show callerid because is digital, the second one is analog and so this is the problem

You need to verify that caller id is enabled on the analog voice-port.

the callerid is enabled because if I connect the gsm interface into a normal phone the caller id was showed properly

I mean in UC, not gsm box.
