Android, iphone and Ipad Jabber FAC not working

Hello,


I have a customer with CUCM and Unity release 8.6 now working with Jabber for Android, Iphone and Ipad release 9.1. All the calls are working ok, but when trying to user a route with FAC for calling outside the company can't do it. All the calls routed without FAC are working fine.


Is there any way or any release that I can upgrade my customer to, in order to be able to place calls with FAC?


Please let me know your comments.

System requirements:


The minimum requirements for CMC and FAC specify that every server in  the cluster must have Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.0 or a  later version.


The following Cisco Unified IP Phones (SCCP) support CMC and FAC:


Cisco Unified IP Phones 6900

Cisco Unified IP Phones 7900
