Hi,

Have you logged a TAC or had Cisco give an ETA on having this resolved and a new version published as yet?

Best regards

From what I've seen following the postings on the forums here, Cisco don't consider maintaining the dial plan files a high priority.

Hi,

You can see a link to the Flat Pattern File which shows the contents of the 3.1.28-GB dial plan if you hover over the file name on the download page.

The file contains the patterns below which should allow 0845 xxxxxxx and 0845 464x numbers to be dialled:

# 0+84[2-5]+XXXXXXX
P: 0                             NATIONAL-ACCESS
P: 84[2-4]                       LOCALRATE-ACCESS
P: XXXXXXX                       LOCALRATE-SUBSCRIBER
T: N
C: LONGDISTANCE
E: +,[COUNTRY-CODE],LOCALRATE-ACCESS,LOCALRATE-SUBSCRIBER
F: NATIONAL-ACCESS,LOCALRATE-ACCESS,LOCALRATE-SUBSCRIBER
S: Y

# 0+845+464X
P: 0                             NATIONAL-ACCESS
P: 845                           LOCALRATE-ACCESS
P: 464X                          LOCALRATE-SUBSCRIBER
T: N
C: LONGDISTANCE
E: +,[COUNTRY-CODE],LOCALRATE-ACCESS,LOCALRATE-SUBSCRIBER
F: NATIONAL-ACCESS,LOCALRATE-ACCESS,LOCALRATE-SUBSCRIBER
S: Y

This of course assumes what is in the flat file matches what is in the signed download.

Could it be that your Route Filters need to be updated?
