when someone i check my missed calls on my cisco IP phone, they are showing up as a voicemial port number and not as the number the person called from.
can someone advise as to what may cause this.
i have a CUCMBE 5000 system.
Have you tried playing with this setting?
CallManager System Parameter:
Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)
Display Original Calling Number on Transfer from Cisco Unity = True
